At SDT Concept we pay extra attention to maintaining our branded watches or any kind of watch we happen to deal with. Our service division is responsible to technically ensure that all our watches – mechanical or quartz – run smoothly.
Our dedicated watchmakers in order to guarantee accurate time keeping, recommend that mechanical watches must be cleaned and serviced every two to three years. Quartz watches though have moving parts too and they also require regular maintenance.
These are just a few of the services we offer in-house:
- Maintenance and repair.
- Water resistance testing.
- Watch bracelet repair and alteration.
- Battery replacement and testing.
- 12 month guarantee for work carried out by our dedicated Atelier technician, excluding battery replacement.
During a full service process, we work from the inside out, completely stripping and cleaning all components and replacing worn parts.
The components are then re-assembled, lubricated and all functions are tested, regulated and sealed back into the ultrasonically cleaned case. Timekeeping, positional error regulation and power reserves are tested over a five day period.
Our highly skilled technicians are trained by the very best watchmakers from Rolex, Breitling, Omega and Jaeger Le Coultre They use model systems and state of the art equipment to service, restore and maintain your timepiece to the highest standard.
International guarantee

All our watches are covered by a two-year international guarantee. Please contact us before your purchase in order to be further informed. The international guarantee covers mechanical malfunctions which can be caused at the factories during the production process. The international guarantee does not cover scratches, marks, worn straps, broken glasses and in general malfunctions which are caused by the end-user.
